Terms of Sale and Use

Try RTR Control free for 14 days. No card needed.
A license is $99 a year and covers two Macs. It renews each year until you cancel.
Cancel any time. Your license keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
No refunds. Please use the trial to check RTR Control with your equipment before you buy.

RTR Control is made and sold by dp Digital Media LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the free trial, buying and renewing a license, and using the app. By starting a trial or buying a license you agree to them.

The free trial

Enter your name and email address in the app and a trial key is emailed to you. The trial lasts 14 days from when the key is issued, and needs no payment details. There is one trial per email address.

When the trial ends, RTR Control stops routing on your equipment until you buy a license. You don't need a new key: buy from Settings › License and the key you already have carries on.

Price and what a license covers

A license costs $99 (US dollars) a year. Each license can be active on two Macs at a time. To move it, deactivate one Mac from Settings › License and activate the key on another.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Automatic renewal

A license is a yearly subscription. It renews automatically each year and the payment method you bought with is charged $99 on the renewal date, until you cancel. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment. If the price ever changes, we will email you before it applies to a renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings › License › Manage Subscription in the app, or from rtrcontrol.com/api/manage.php. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your license keeps working until the end of the year you have already paid for.

Refunds

All payments are final, and we don't offer refunds, for the first year or for a renewal. That is why the 14-day free trial exists: please use it to make sure RTR Control works with your equipment before you buy. To stop being charged, cancel before your renewal date.

If you think you were charged in error, email info@praptiyogi.app. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Using RTR Control

Buying a license gives you the right to use RTR Control on up to two Macs at a time for as long as the license is active. You may not share your key beyond that, resell or sublicense it, or try to get around the licensing.

Updates are delivered through the app. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your equipment and live shows

RTR Control sends commands to routers, recorders, cameras and other equipment on your network. Equipment, firmware and networks differ, so test RTR Control with your own setup before relying on it in a live production, and keep a way to control your equipment directly.

RTR Control is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it will be free of errors or work with every device. We are not liable for lost revenue, a disrupted production, or any indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for RTR Control in the 12 months before it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change affects your subscription, we'll email you before it applies to your next renewal.
